1.0 Recognition
The Governing Board of the Yuba Community College District (YCCD), hereinafter
referred to as the "District," hereby recognizes the Yuba College Faculty Association
(YCFA), hereinafter referred to as the "Association," as the sole and exclusive
representative of those employees enumerated within the Agreement executed and
attached hereto as Exhibit A. Wherever mentioned in this contract, "parties" shall mean
the Yuba Community College District and the Yuba College Faculty Association.
